Our History
Founded on the pioneering research of our founder, Imani, the Women’s InnerFitness & Wellness Center initially focused on breast cancer support. Driven by her findings and the military’s involvement in breast cancer research, Imani realized the broader mental health needs within the female veteran community.
Transitioning to address these needs, Imani leveraged her expertise as a military psychologist to expand the center’s services, focusing on the unique psychological challenges faced by women in the military. Today, WIFWC is renowned for its specialized care in women’s mental health, providing affordable online therapy and comprehensive wellness solutions tailored for female veterans
